INTRODUCTION ABOUT BLADMIR S 25 TABLET
BLADMIR S 25 TABLET is a combination of Mirabegron and Solifenacin which belongs to the group of medicines called Urinary Antispasmodics. It is used to manage the signs of overactive bladder (such as sudden urge to pass urine, increased frequency of passing urine, unable to control urine or wetting yourself because you couldn’t go the bathroom). BLADMIR S 25 TABLET reduces the activity of an overactive bladder and enables you to wait longer before having to go to the bathroom. Try to take BLADMIR S 25 TABLET at the same time each day to achieve maximum benefits. It can be taken with or without meals.
Before taking BLADMIR S 25 TABLET inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney or heart problems. You must also inform your doctor if you have any other problems in the bladder that obstructs urine flow or if you have glaucoma, constipation, stomach problems (such as tear or block in the gut), muscle weakness or urinary tract infections as a precaution. BLADMIR S 25 TABLET is not recommended for use in patients who are not able to pass urine (urinary retention) and in patients with severe bowel problems (such as toxic megacolon).
It is not suitable for use in pregnant or breastfeeding women and in children aged below 18 years. The most common side effects of taking BLADMIR S 25 TABLET are dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, nausea, abdominal fullness, stomach pain, burping, heartburn, headache and dizziness. Consult your doctor if any of these side effect worsens.

HOW BLADMIR S 25 TABLET WORKS
BLADMIR S 25 TABLET is a urinary muscle relaxant medicine which relaxes the smooth muscles surrounding the bladder. This helps your bladder to hold more volume of urine and can control urine flow. As a result, it reduces signs of overactive bladder and enables you to wait longer before having to go to the bathroom.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take BLADMIR S 25 TABLET as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. BLADMIR S 25 TABLET can be taken with or without food. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of therapy for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.

RARE
- accumulation of a large amount of hardened stool in the large intestine (faecal impaction)
Stop taking BLADMIR S 25 TABLET and contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following side effects:
- signs of allergic reactions (such as skin rash, itching and swelling of the face, lips, mouth, tongue or throat causing difficulty in swallowing or breathing)
- severe skin rash with blistering and peeling of the skin
- severe migraine headache
- irregular heart rhythm
