IPRASURE PULMULES

Iprasure Pulmules 5 x 2.5 ml belongs to the class of medications called bronchodilators used to treat or prevent symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), such as shortness of breath, coughing, and wheezing (whistling sound while breathing). COPD is a lung disorder that includes emphysema (breathing problems caused by a damaged air sac) and chronic bronchitis (inflammation and narrowing of the lining of airways or bronchial tubes).

Iprasure Pulmules 5 x 2.5 ml contains Ipratropium and Levosalbutamol. Iprasure Pulmules 5 x 2.5 ml works by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs. Thereby, it allows to breathe easily and provides relief from the symptoms of COPD such as coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath.

Your doctor will advise the dosage and duration of Iprasure Pulmules 5 x 2.5 ml based on your medical condition. Headache, sore throat, dry mouth, runny or stuffy nose, cough with mucous, sneezing, chest tightness, dizziness, nervousness, weariness, irregular heartbeats, and vomiting are the possible side effects. Most of the side effects of Iprasure Pulmules 5 x 2.5 ml do not require medical attention and fade away with time. Please visit your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

If you are allergic to Iprasure Pulmules 5 x 2.5 ml or any other medicines, pregnant or breastfeeding, or experience severe difficulty in breathing, please consult a doctor. Do not use Iprasure Pulmules 5 x 2.5 ml in more than the prescribed doses as it may lead to severe heart or lung problems. Regular monitoring of potassium levels is recommended while taking Iprasure Pulmules 5 x 2.5 ml for a prolonged time as it may cause low potassium levels in the blood. If you have high blood pressure, diabetes fits, enlarged prostate, glaucoma, thyroid or heart problems, bladder obstruction or other urinary problems, inform your doctor before taking Iprasure Pulmules 5 x 2.5 ml.

Treatment of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

Shake the inhaler well and check the label for directions before using Iprasure Pulmules 5 x 2.5 ml. Take Iprasure Pulmules 5 x 2.5 ml daily at the same time to maintain a consistent level of Iprasure Pulmules 5 x 2.5 ml in the body. While you are breathing Iprasure Pulmules 5 x 2.5 ml from the mouth, press down the inhaler once to release the medicine and hold your breath for 10 seconds. Repeat until you have inhaled the number of puffs as advised by your doctor. Rinse your mouth with water and spit it out after using Iprasure Pulmules 5 x 2.5 ml to avoid fungal infections in the mouth and throat.
