INTRODUCTION ABOUT PAN IT CAPSULE
PAN IT CAPSULE is a combination of Itopride and Pantoprazole which belongs to the group of medicines called Gastrokinetic agent and Proton pump inhibitors. It is used in the management of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease when monotherapy alone is not enough for some patients. PAN IT CAPSULE also manages Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and stomach and duodenal ulcers.
Along with PAN IT CAPSULE your doctor might want you to make some lifestyle changes such as having a balanced diet and exercising.
PAN IT CAPSULE is not recommended for use in patients having gastrointestinal haemorrhage, obstruction, or perforation. Consult your doctor before taking.
PAN IT CAPSULE should be used with caution in patients having severe liver disease, osteoporosis, cancer. PAN IT CAPSULE should be used with caution in pregnant women and is contraindicated in breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before taking.
PAN IT CAPSULE is not recommended for use in children and adolescents below 12 years of age. Consult your doctor before taking.
The most common side effects of using PAN IT CAPSULE are headache, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, joint pain, diarrhoea and dizziness. Contact your doctor if any of these side effects worsen or doesn’t improve.

It is used to manage:

- stomach and duodenal ulcers
- Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
HOW PAN IT CAPSULE WORKS
PAN IT CAPSULE is a combination of Itopride and Pantoprazole where Itopride acts by increasing the movement (peristalsis) in the gastrointestinal tract and Pantoprazole works by stopping the production of acid by inhibiting certain enzymes (H+/K+ ATPase) at the surface of the cells present in the gastric lining.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take this medicine as advised by your doctor. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water as a whole and do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will prescribe the right dose depending on your age, body weight and disease condition.

HOW TO MANAGE SIDE EFFECTS
Nausea or Vomiting:
Take this medicine with, or just after meals. Stick to simple meals. Avoid eating rich or spicy food. Drink clear or ice-cold drinks, eat light, bland foods and avoid fried, oily, or sweet foods.
Headache:
Try to rest and relax. Do not involve yourself in rigorous activities. Apply a pain-relieving balm on your forehead.
Diarrhea:
Drink lots of fluids, such as water or fruit juice to keep yourself hydrated. Do not consume any medicine on your own without consulting your doctor.
