INTRODUCTION ABOUT NEVLON MAX CREAM

NEVLON MAX CREAM is a combination of Light liquid paraffin and White soft paraffin which belongs to the group of medicines called Emollients. It is used to relieve symptoms such as red, inflamed, damaged, dry, or cracked skin, especially when associated with eczema or dermatitis. It can also be used to maintain general skin health. Atopic dermatitis (Eczema) is a condition that causes dry, itchy and inflamed skin. Scratching the skin can cause it to swell and itch even more, and may turn red. It can be irritating but it’s not contagious.

During the course of the management your doctor might regularly examine your skin to avoid any unwanted side effects. Ask your doctor before using NEVLON MAX CREAM on your child. Before using NEVLON MAX CREAM inform your doctor about any medicines that you are taking or using  including non-prescription products (Ex. vitamins, herbal supplements), allergies, pre-existing diseases, or if you are about to have any surgery.

NEVLON MAX CREAM should be used in pregnant and breastfeeding women only if recommended by your doctor. The most common side effects of using NEVLON MAX CREAM are skin reddening, inflammation, itching, rash, burning, pain, dermatitis, anal irritation, or temporary blurring of vision. Contact your doctor if any of the side effects worsen.

It is used to manage:

• eczema, dermatitis
• chapped skin
• pruritus

HOW NEVLON MAX CREAM WORKS

NEVLON MAX CREAM is a combination of Light liquid paraffin and White soft paraffin. Light liquid paraffin works by avoiding water loss from the outer coating of the skin which reduces dryness and leaves the skin hydrated and soft. White soft paraffin gives a layer of oil on the surface of the skin and avoids water evaporation from the surface of the skin and helps to moisten the skin.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Apply NEVLON MAX CREAM as directed by your physician. It is for external use only. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.
