INTRODUCTION ABOUT ALL 9 D CAPSULE
ALL 9-D is a dietary supplement used to manage or manage vitamin deficiency before, during, and after pregnancy. It contains docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), B vitamins with vitamin D3 as active ingredients which helps in foetal development and are essential for its role in DNA formation.
DHA helps in proper development and functioning of foetal brain, eyes and heart. L-Methyl Folate manages low folate levels in the body, which is essential for haemoglobin (blood pigment) synthesis. Methylcobalamin is important for the health and functioning of nerves in the brain.
Pyridoxal 5-phosphate is required for the creation of heme (component of red blood cells) and certain hormones (serotonin), processing carbohydrates for energy, and keeping the nervous system working smoothly. Vitamin D3 is essential for building and maintaining healthy bones, teeth and muscles.
Take ALL 9-D as advised by your doctor. It should be taken with gull glass of water, unless your doctor tells you otherwise. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

SIDE EFFECTS OF ALL 9 D CAPSULE
ALL 9-D may cause appetite loss, bloating, headache, nausea, vomiting, constipation, and sleepiness in some individuals. Consult your doctor if you notice any such effects while taking ALL 9-D.
