INTRODUCTION ABOUT BUTRUM 1MG INJECTION
BUTRUM 1MG INJECTION contains Butorphanol, which belongs to the group of medicines called Opioid agonist/antagonist analgesics. It is used to manage and relieve moderate to severe pain. It is also used as a preoperative/pre-anaesthetic medication, a supplement to balanced anaesthesia, to provide relief from pain during labor and in the management of severe pain for which alternative management is inadequate.
BUTRUM 1MG INJECTION is not recommended for use in patients with lung problems (such as respiratory depression, acute/severe bronchial asthma) and gastrointestinal obstruction (such as paralytic ileus).
