Cilapam FN Tablet is a combination of antipsychotic and antidepressant. It is used to treat schizophrenia and depression. Cilapam FN Tablet is a combination of two drugs, Flupentixol and Nortriptyline. Flupentixol inhibits dopamine, a chemical messenger in the brain that influences thoughts and mood. Nortriptyline increases the amount of serotonin, a natural substance in the brain that helps improve mood or mental balance.
Take Cilapam FN Tablet as prescribed by the doctor. Sometimes, Cilapam FN Tablet may cause common side effects such as feeling sick (nausea), feeling tired or weak, constipation, feeling dizzy, dry mouth, feeling sleepy, difficulty peeing, headaches, drowsiness or dizziness, lightheadedness, restlessness, or trouble sleeping.
