HOW MUCOTIL AB TABLET WORKS
MUCOTIL AB TABLET is a bronchodilator with anti-inflammatory and mucolytic properties. It blocks the release of certain chemicals (such as phosphodiesterase) in the respiratory tract that triggers airway inflammation, swelling and narrowing. As a result, it widens the airways, and reduces airway inflammation. It also loosens the mucus accumulated in the airways which allows the air to pass through more freely through the airways and makes breathing easier.
